The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has officially announced the results for the Technician Exam 2024. Candidates can access and download their results by visiting the official RRB website and logging in using their registration number and password. The exam was conducted on December 19 and 20, 2024.
The results are now available for several regions, including Ajmer, Allahabad, Bangalore, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Gorakhpur, Guwahati, Jammu, Kolkata, Malda, Mumbai, Muzaffarpur, Patna, Ranchi, Secunderabad, Siliguri, and Trivandrum.

What Happens After the RRB Technician Grade I Result 2024?
Candidates who are shortlisted based on the results will be called for the next stage, which includes document verification (DV) and a medical examination. Shortlisted candidates will receive an e-call letter, which will be sent via email and SMS and will also be available on the official website. The e-call letter will contain all necessary details, including the date, time, and guidelines for the DV process.
Candidates are required to bring the original documents along with two sets of photocopies, as mentioned in the CEN and the e-call letter. After the document verification, candidates will undergo a medical examination at designated Railway Hospitals. Please note that a medical fee of Rs 24 is applicable.
Vacancy Details for RRB Technician Grade I 2024
A total of 9,144 technician positions will be filled through the Computer-Based Test (CBT). Among these, 1,092 positions are designated for Technician Grade I, while 8,052 positions are for Technician Grade III. Additionally, 17 positions are available for Chemical Supervisor/Research and Metallurgical Supervisor/Research at RRB Gorakhpur. The remaining vacancies are spread across various roles, including Chemical and Metallurgical Assistant, Depot Material Superintendent, and Junior Engineer positions across different RRBs.
